  • Originally constructed in 1952, the Vincent Arms has a total of 96 apartment units.
  • The building is divided into 2 sections, East and West, each with its own separate elevator, mailboxes, stairwell, compactor & refuse areas.
  • Laundry facilities are available on premises and feature 6 high capacity washers and 5 dryers which operate on a key-card system.
  • Vincent Arms has 3 types of parking: outdoor, indoor common and indoor private at an additional monthly charge (subject to availability).
  • There are 2 storage rooms where shareholders/tenants may store items in separate, secure 'bins' at a nominal monthly charge (subject to availability).
  • A number of major renovations have been made to the building over the past 2 years:
    • The security system has recently been upgraded to a 16 color camera, digital server based system.
    • The Lobby area has been upgraded to include new furniture, carpeting, lighting and artwork.
    • All interior hallways have been painted in modern, decorator tones.

    • Heating system: baseboard steam radiators; the boiler is of dual-fuel design allows it to be run on either heating oil or natural gas.
